NOTICE FOR 2ND GRADUATION CEREMONY

The Chief Principal KNP on behalf of the council, Staff and trainees wishes to inform all candidates who passed their KNEC exams between November 2018 and July 2019 and qualified for the awards of artisan, craft certificate, diploma and higher diploma that the 2nd graduation ceremony will be held in the month of October 2019.
The prospective graduands should fulfil the following requirements

  1. Clear with the Polytechnic.
  2. Verify the correctness of their names and course details by 10th October, 2019 at their departmental offices or online at www.kitalenationalpolytechnic.ac.ke
  3. Pay a non-refundable fee of Kshs2000 for the hire of the graduation gown and convocation. The amount is payable to The Kitale National Polytechnic,Barclays bank Account NO. 0038219650

  • To increase access to quality TVET (from about 3,000 trainees in 2017 to 10,000 by 2023)
  • To provide adequate infrastructure to support expanded mandate of the Polytechnic
  • To increase trainees’ satisfaction from 68% in 2016 to 80% by 2023
  • To undertake research that will broaden and deepen knowledge, and stimulate innovation
  • To enhance the use of research and innovation outputs
